Lismore Tutoring – tutoring locally or anywhere in the world

About

Lismore Tutoring was established in Lismore in 2015 as a wholly locally-owned business, providing face-to-face lessons in the Northern Rivers of NSW. We have now moved to online sessions so can extend our range to anywhere in the world via the internet. I have a Science Honours degree,  a Diploma in Education and I am a qualified teacher as recognised by NESA. Tutoring is available in: junior Maths and Science, senior Maths to Advanced level, senior Biology and senior Chemistry, university bridging and preparation courses in Maths and Science,  university level Biochemistry/Biological Science and scientific writing. As I am also an experienced scientist with publications in peer-reviewed journals, I can also assist with editing and proofreading your essay, assignment or thesis.  

Achievements

I love tutoring. I enjoy it more than any other job I have done in my career. There is a lot of satisfaction in helping people to understand and learn, to overcome hurdles that stand in the way of achieving their goals. I am patient, kind and encouraging. I have achieved to a high level academically myself, but I am able to explain things and communicate with students of any age and level of ability.
